As a child or teen, suffering from a mental health disorder can have a significant impact on their life and overall wellbeing. The Childhood & Teenage Mental Health Study is researching the effectiveness of a new potential treatment for certain mental health conditions. If you or your child qualify and choose to participate, you will have access to a new treatment option that may help improve symptoms.
You or your child may be eligible to participate if you or your child:
- Are between the age of 13-17 years old
- Experience mental health symptoms such as:
- A depressed mood
- Loss of interest and pleasure
- Difficulty falling asleep
- Loss of energy
- Difficulty concentrating
* As a study participant, all study-related care will be provided at no cost to you including the potential treatment.

- You or your child will receive study-related care throughout the study from a team of experienced doctors and nurses.
- You or your child will receive all study-related care at no cost.
- You or your child may be paid for each study visit you complete.
